That table is the whole of it, and it is short because these pages are static files. There is no account system, no newsletter, no chat widget, no advertising pixel and no comment section, so there is nothing here that needs to know who you are.

The one row worth expanding is the seventh, and it is expanded in the section below rather than glossed over.

Every page here loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. A font served from another domain means your browser makes a request to that domain, and a request carries your IP address and your user-agent string with it. That is how the web works and it is worth stating rather than leaving as a surprise in a network log.

Nothing else on these pages reaches outside the site. There is no tag manager, no advertising network, no heat-map recorder, no embedded video and no social widget. The stylesheet, the script and every image are served from this domain.

Outbound links in the body text point at published research, at national health institutes and at the regulator. Those open in a new tab and are marked so search engines treat them as references rather than endorsements. Following one takes you to somebody else’s website, under somebody else’s privacy policy.

Ordering leaves this website. The checkout is the seller’s, and the order record that results belongs to the order desk rather than to the people who write these pages.

That desk holds what any order desk holds: the name, the delivery address, the email address used at the checkout, the order ID, the pack purchased and the correspondence about it. It needs those to ship a parcel, to answer the telephone about it and to process a return.

Payment details are a separate matter again. Card numbers are handled by the seller’s payment processor and are not held by this desk in any form. The charge that appears on a statement comes from that processor, which is why the pricing page says to call +1 (302) 200-3480 about an unrecognised line rather than to dispute it blind.

Retention for order records is set by the seller and by the accounting rules that apply to it, not by this website.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to certain uses of it and to receive a copy. This desk will honour those requests within the time its applicable law allows.

Where to send the request depends on what it is about, and sending it to the wrong place costs time rather than rights.

• Anything about an order — call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. That is where the record lives, and it is the only route that can act on it.
• Anything about this website — write to [email protected]. Since this site collects nothing, most such requests are answered by saying so, with the table above as the evidence.
• Messages you have sent to the website desk — ask and they are deleted. They are kept only until the matter they concern is closed.
• Anything held by the seller’s checkout or its payment processor — those are separate controllers with their own policies, and the order desk can tell you who they are.

One practical note. Because this website holds no account and no identifier for you, a request about it cannot be matched to a person and does not need to be. A request about an order can, and the order ID is what makes that possible.

Children. This website and the product it sells are for adults aged 18 and over. Nothing here is directed at children, and no data is knowingly collected from anyone of any age, which makes the question of a child’s data straightforward here in a way it is not for most sites.

Security. Pages are served over an encrypted connection. Since no data is collected, submitted or stored by this website, the security surface it presents is limited to the delivery of static files. The order desk and the seller’s payment processor maintain their own arrangements for the data they do hold.

Changes. This policy is current as of September 2026. If the site ever adds something that collects data — a form that posts, an analytics script, an embedded widget — this page will say so before it ships, and the date above will move. A privacy policy whose date never changes on a site that does is the commonest way these documents go stale.
